Hi, I’m Sophia Yi! I’ve been in the hair industry for over 8 years, beginning my career at Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy. After three years as a stylist, I took the leap and opened my own private salon studio, which has since expanded into Level Nine Studio, alongside my business partner Grace Joo (@colorwithgrace). My specialties include lived in color, Asian hair lifting and coloring, variety of extension methods and haircuts.

More than anything, I want to be the best hairstylist I can be for every person who sits in my chair. That means being honest, thoughtful, and always doing my best to guide you in the right direction, whether that’s recommending a service, creating a long term hair plan, or letting you know when a different approach may be better for the health of your hair.

My goal is for you to feel comfortable, heard, and confident in your hair every step of the way. I can’t wait to have you in my chair!
